Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake


  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 scoop of your favorite whey protein
    (I use half a scoop of grass fed unflavored whey and half a scoop of DotFit Natural Vanilla Smooth Whey)
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides
    (I use Vital Proteins brand)
  • 7 ice cubs
  • 8 ounces of water

YIELD: 1 - 20oz Shake

  • Calories - 320kcal
  • Total Fat - 5g
  • Carbohydrates - 25g
  • Dietary Fiber - 6g
  • Sugars - 9g
  • Protein - 41g


This shake packs in about 30 grams of protein and taste like a dessert! Its my everyday go-to shake to help me reach my 140g protein intake goal for the day and it satisfies my sweet tooth, big time.

Just toss everything in a blender and give it a whirl.

Enjoy quickly because it tends to separate.
