Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

YIELD: 1 - 16oz Shake



  • 1 tablespoon Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 Organic Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 scoop of your favorite whey protein (I use half a scoop of grass fed unflavored whey and half a scoop of DotFit Natural Vanilla Smooth Whey)
  • 6 ice cubs
  • 7 ounces of water

Toss everything in a blender and give it a whirl.

Enjoy quickly because it tends to separate.

At about 280 calories (depending on what whey you use) this shake packs in about 30 grams of protein and taste like a dessert! Its my everyday go-to shake to help me reach my 140g protein intake goal for the day and it satisfies my sweet tooth, big time.
