Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake


  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop of collagen peptides, I use Vital Proteins brand
  • 1 teaspoon chia seed
  • 6 ice cubs
  • 8 ounces of water
  • Cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to taste

YIELD: 1 - 20oz Shake

  • Total Fat - 3.2g
  • Carbohydrates - 20g
  • Protein - 31g


Just toss everything in a blender and give it a whirl.

Enjoy quickly because it tends to separate.
