Ginger Chicken Meatballs


Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

YIELD: 12 meatballs

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet parchment paper.

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, I use a gloved hand.

Scoop the mixture into about 12 balls, round with your hands and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
